Changes to an Order

We start preparing orders promptly after purchase. If you need to change items, update delivery information, or cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment, packing, or shipment begins.

Cancellations

When a cancellation is possible before fulfillment, we will confirm it and arrange any appropriate refund. Orders that are in transit normally cannot be cancelled. Please consult the Return and Refund Policy or email us for guidance on a specific order.
